Kite & Bike Festival vendor info

Expected attendance: 2000-3000 attendees.
Event Sponsor: $500
Includes online listing and booth space at the venue.
Application & Fee: Vendors must complete an application and pay the non-refundable booth fee when accepted to display.
For-profit businesses and large non-profit organizations: $150
Church groups and small non-profit organizations it is $75.
Booth Area & Assignments: The Festival will be held in the Playstead, between Schoolboy Stadium and the Franklin Park Zoo. Space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis until area is full. Once your vendor application and payment has been received; you will receive a confirmation email. The email will act as your receipt.
Festival Set-Up & Breakdown: Vendor vehicles will have access to the area 9-10:30AM and 4-5:30PM. No vendor may bring a vehicle into the festival area outside of those hours. Vehicles must be parked outside the festival area during the event. Due to storage constraints no vendor goods may be received prior to the vendor check-in and set-up. All vendor goods, including transportation, storage, and removal, are the vendor's responsibility.
Festival Parking: Parking will be available in the parking lot at the back of the zoo.
Supplies & Equipment: Vendors must provide their own 10x10 tent, table, chairs, banners, trash bags, and other equipment needed for the event. Participating businesses and organizations are allowed to sell goods, except food and drinks.
