TO POP-UP SHOP
BY MBTAThe MBTA Silver Line runs from South Station and downtown Boston along Washington Street through the South End into Dudley Square. The pop-up shop is between Melnea Cass Blvd and Dudley Station at 2201 Washington Street. A number of other bus routes come into Dudley from all directions, including 1, 8, 14, 15, 19, 23, 27, 28, 41, 45, 47, and 66.
FROM THE NORTH/SOUTH
From I-93 take Exit 18 and proceed on Frontage Road through two sets of lights. At the third set take a left onto Mass Ave Connector/Melnea Cass Blvd. Get in middle lane, cross Mass Ave and drive on Melnea Cass approximately a half mile. At the third set of lights past Mass Ave turn left onto Washington Street. The shop is near the intersection of Washington and Ruggles Streets. Free parking is available on the street and in nearby parking lots, see below for details.
FROM THE WEST
Follow Route 9 through Newton and Brookline until it becomes Huntington Ave in Boston. At Brigham Circle, turn right onto Tremont Street and drive through Mission Hill to Roxbury Crossing. Drive straight through the intersection onto Malcolm X Blvd, which merges with Dudley Street at Dudley Station. Turn left at Warren Street (at A Nubian Notion convenience store) and drive past the work site for the Ferdinand Building. The shop will be on the left side of the street near the intersection of Washington and Ruggles Streets. Free parking is available on the street and in nearby parking lots, see below for details.
PARKING
Free on street parking is available on Washington Street and some of the surrounding side streets. There is a large free parking lot directly across the street from the shop that is accessible from Harrison Ave. If driving to Haley House Bakery Cafe, the shop is only a two minute walk away.
